Creating Good Jobs in Marion County   Greg Taylor believes there is unlimited economic development potential in Marion County, and he knows that job creation will spread the tax burden over more businesses and workers. An experienced business and government attorney, he will help small businesses expand through the use of state resources and programs, and will actively pursue companies engaged in new technologies. Improving Our Children's Education   Greg Taylor is dedicated to our children. Greg will make sure the state provides fair funding to our local schools, giving our students the resources needed to compete in a global economy. He supports expanding full-day kindergarten programs and providing free textbooks for all families. Greg will work with educators and neighborhood groups to increase after-school activities to keep our children safe, and he believes we need to expand early childhood education opportunities.
Fair, Predictable and Affordable Taxes   As a homeowner, Greg Taylor knows property taxes are too high and too unpredictable. He will support common-sense reforms that reduce property taxes for homeowners while maintaining the government services you expect. In addition, Greg will protect working families by making sure everyone pays a fair share of the tax burden.
Affordable, Quality Healthcare   Greg will work for quality, affordable health are with increased access to preventive care, more in-home options for senior citizens and lower prescription drug prices.
Safer Streets   Greg will partner with local government to make our streets and neighborhoods safer, with more police officers and additional community policing programs.
